    Project Overview Located in Jiangsu, the project spans over a vast water body, utilizing flooded or underutilized aquaculture ponds to host elevated solar panel structures. By employing a "solar-above, fish-below" dual-use model, the project not only maximizes land efficiency but also enhances environmental sustainability and economic benefits for local communities. Key features of the project include: Installed Capacity: 250 Megawatts (MW) EPC Model: Full Engineering, Procurement, and Construction responsibilities undertaken by a leading PV system integrator Design Type: Water-surface-mounted solar PV arrays using pile-driven foundations Annual Power Output: Estimated to exceed 300 million kWh, enough to power over 150,000 households annually Carbon Offset: More than 250,000 tons of CO₂ emissions reduced each year Engineering  The construction of the project posed several technical challenges, from pile driving in underwater environments to ensuring corrosion resistance and structural stability. Leveraging high-quality galvanized steel mounting structures, custom-designed racking systems, and modular floating platforms, the project team successfully overcame these obstacles. Advanced monitoring systems have also been integrated into the design, allowing for real-time performance analytics and smart O&M (Operation & Maintenance), ensuring long-term efficiency and reliability.
